Worst lights ever.. colour got faded in some montand light often fused.. Led quality are Chinese which gives cheap lighting. No services at all and no warranty. Shop owner Never pick calls while complaining. Third class material with chinese class lights.

Very horrible experience..I wish cld give zero star.we bought a chandelier worth 8500..which stopped working after few days.dey replaced it with some stupid piece worth not more den 4000 saying dey don't HV warranty even if u buy 80000 ka..plz be aware if u buying from this place..sharing pics for reference..and dey come home and do dadagiri.. BE AWARE PEOPLE..THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM DEM

A month back, we purchased lights for our home from Chinar. At the time of purchase, we were quite happy with the shop - its collection and its warm-hearted owners. However, while unboxing, we realized that instead of a double-light holder that we paid for, they have shared a single one. We instantly called them to inform and asked how to replace. Since Chandni is quite far from where we stay and my daughter was unwell, we took the owner-provided option of accepting a courier. It has been one month since. Despite several follow-ups and multiexple promises of the courier being sent, nothing has reached us. Neither have the owners clearly asked us to come to the shop to return the incorrect product. They either do not respond or lie about having sent the courier. Not sure if it is their sheer apathy, laziness, or neglect of a small-time purchase, but I lost money here. So my advice would be to check your products before you leave the shop, especially if you stay far. Thanks.
